Have you looked in the storage building? It seems to be slow to show up, because that is what I thought at first as well but then I had 12 when I found them. My major problem now is getting them to make clothes. I've turned off everything but winter clothes and they just sit there and do nothing. All my supply houses are full. I have plenty of leather and wool they just aren't getting it and making anything. I don't understand.

I restarted a game and now all is fine. I think if they take the material NOT in the warehouse, it may bug. I also changed the priority.
