Can't enter activation key

So I recently reinstalled the game and for some reason I can not enter the activation key. And I do not mean that I do not have it, but rather that no matter what I do, it will not accept any key inputs aside from occasionally D or A for some reason.

Just use Copy/Paste to enter your code. 😅

I tried that. It did not register it. The code simply did not show up in the entry field

Hm weird 😅 Maybe windowed mode can be help.

Ingenuity and stubbornness won the day! I managed to activate it and do the whole online activation process, which is just a formality in writing down random stuff since the servers possibly no longer exist, by copy pasting everything.
