Game isn't properly installed
Can't launch it in either regular or safe mode. It claims it's not properly installed, to which I've reinstalled it several times and verified the game cache. Does the game just not work on Win10?

It's working with win 10 there is something other wrong. Maybe wrong rights?
Tried as admin? '^-^

Nope, that's definitely not the problem. Ran both default and safe as admin, it keeps giving that message. My directx or GPU drivers can't be outdated for a 13 year old game, right?

Win10 (64x), i5-7500 CPU, GeForce 1050Ti GPU, 16 GB RAM. I've been skipping my system updates and I'm about 2 months behind on my video drivers, but yeah...

Your system is fine, i think its not that. What happens if you try to start from folder and not with Steam? Same?

Than i think there is a problem with your registry. :c
Maybe Antivir but i'm sure its the registry. '^-^

Yikes. I have since refunded the game, but ill save this for when its on sale again and I try it. I'll mark this reply too in case anyone else gets this issue and comes here for an answer.
