Can you not just type "I attack with my bare hands" in open-ended?
From what I remember, the unarmed combat button did just that, so I see why it might have gone. For items and abilities, there is their description to include, so it makes sense to reference them, but the fist never had special logic attached, I think?

Those buttons haven't changed since the March 2022 launch and are very outdated and no longer supported. However due to user feedback I implemented some more UI features including the quick actions button which generates encounter-specific actions, in the latest Alpha build.
