Yes, from the main menu you can create a game with just bots. It will not be online, there will only be AI and will just be on your local machine.
I think he's talking about a private server we can rent and fill it with bots. We cannot currently do that, in that the Offline mode you speak about, is not a server, and only has the most about 20 bots.
And so i would pose the question. Is there a way we can rent a server and fill it with Bots instead of players?
