A month later I'm still crashing every few games when curse is really high.

because there's basically has been no patch on the main branch for a month. There's a new one in the public beta branch for a few days, try this one to see if you re still crashing

Ah. Makes sense. I guess I'll wait for that fix to go live then. Don't want to risk getting that beta opt in Steam bug where the games don't close properly anymore. In the meantime I deactivated floating damage numbers and see if that helps.
