SPORE FIX ONLINE ERROR 2025 SOLUTION FOR EVERYONE STEAM VERSION
hello I finally have the answer that many players were waiting for, why spore online does not work.

PROBLEM NUMBER 1FIX

Maybe It depends on your EA password. Restart your EA Password in 8 words from EA apps, Like Princess9 example, old game old rule. Long password cause a silent bug and you can't join onile.

PROBLEM NUMBER 2FIX

Go to file %appdata%/Spore/Preferences/ eliminate the file login.prop.
Next this don't install the dlc scary and cute parts. Install only spore and galaxy dlc.
this method works 100%.

PROBLEM NUMBER 3FIX

But if u want to play Spore whit dlc scary and cute parts try this but don't work to anyone.

(steamapps dir)\common\Spore\bp1content has a file BoosterPack_01.package

copy that into

(steamapps dir)\common\Spore\Data
Whit the game installed and all dlc ;cute parts too.

DO all fix steps in this order 1/2/3.

If the online still doesn't work, 100% it's because the password is too long and bugged. Take a look at PROBLEM NUMBER 1FIX.

Remember; Start only Spore Galactic Adventures DLC to login onile and play.

Follow every steps, unistall anything and remove this. Go to file %appdata%/Spore/Preferences/ eliminate the file login.prop. Restart your pc after. Next this step install game and Dlc. Start in this order the game and try to login; Spore, Spore dlc scary and cute part and at the last galactic adventure.

(steamapps dir)\common\Spore\bp1content has a file BoosterPack_01.package

After copy that into

(steamapps dir)\common\Spore\Data
Whit the game installed and all dlc ;cute parts too.

Now start again only dlc Galactic adventure to play onile and joi your game. If don't work yet, just restart PC and try again its a bug need to refresh.

Remember restart your EA Password in 8 words from EA apps, Like Princess9 example, old game old rule. Long password cause a silent bug and you can't join onile.

Next of this its work 100%. But u need to follow any steps. Gold Game, Gold bug, Gold fix. Enjoy JOI.

or you can just buy it on gog, where it works out of the box

Buying it on gog is the best solution because it is free of this bug, but many players don't know about it ,for those who have the steam version I managed to fix this problem myself and fix the game. EA support is useless to contact them, waste of time.:GreedLeft::KTCGEM::GreedRight:

the best thing you can do is spread the word, especially to new players who have less than 2 hours who are legible for a refund, so that they can just refund the Steam version, and then purchase it on GOG with their refund

both viable for peoples with different preferences & scenarios tbh.
I do think laying out all the information and making it more known is good for people looking to buy the game so that they can have an informed opinion before spending their money, though. If you really want Steam stats (like game time, cheevos, and steam overlay), it might be worth it to just try fixing the Steam edition, but if you just wanna play a game without messing with files and troubleshooting things, and arent as technically savvy, GOG is prolly the better option

man i shortened my password enough and it still doesnt work, i even deleted the login prop thing
