How to obtain the portrait item in Hotel Krat?
I've beaten the game but still it says this prompt "You can't interact with this yet"

Do I have to lie every single time in the game to obtain it? Because of the obvious pinocchio reference. I've gotten Grey hair in my current play through and apparently there is a secret ending with it. Just don't know if I messed something up here because I didn't lie every single time.

You don't have to lie every single time, but most of them. You're likely close to the requisite Humanity level though, so if you use a few other sources you'll likely get it. Make sure you have all the records and listen to them. Use the prayer emote in front of the statue outside St. Frangelico cathedral. A couple others I forget.
