nope. Actually, it seems to be happening on every nvidia 5000 series gpu. I dont know why, but hope to be fixed. It is a good game and i refuse to stop playing it because of some poorly nvidia drivers.

I have an RTX 5060. Everything worked perfectly before the expansion was released. Now I'm experiencing the same issues, only not after an hour, but immediately. The game runs like this all the time. Judging by the monitoring, the graphics card is underutilized. This hasn't happened before. Apparently, the game is using the CPU less efficiently.

same for me here its not even after an hour its just right away now, im getting frames drops below like 40 my pc is more than capable of handling this game

I think someone had a post saying rolling back to an earlier driver fixes their stutter issue on Nvidia GPUs. You could try that if you haven't already.

I'm having the same issues and it gets worse when I switch timelines. I have observed that you can play the game for like 30 min to an hour fine if you restart the game. Turning vsync off or on doesn't matter as well as changing the fps cap doesn't either. Overall it doesn't seem like any of the settings can really fix it, although some settings might make it feel better. So for now, without needing to roll back drivers, I think the best solution is to just restart the game every now and then.
