I asked "did someone playtested this because its stupid" and you said "it rewards nothing of value"
so it litterally exist for no reason.
aren't game suppose to be fun? then where is fun in doing pointless thing? (assuming it is beatable) where is satisfaction when you complete it? Or reason to even do it? In sekiro you had same thing and you was doing it because there was reason for it and enjoyment to get (outfits and combat art with additional AP upgrades).
Here you getting nothing until you finish difficulty 5, and after all that your reward is pointless rubish badge?
Useless badge you should get at difficulty 1 new weapon at difficulty 3 and new Outfit at difficulty 5 or even better to even convince people to play it.
I had high hopes and i was happy when i first time saw it.
Only to realise what it is. A "meme" reflection of strengh rip off from Sekiro with stats of bosses so insane it's litterally disgusting to look at.
It's not like this took dev time to implement. It's just a fun extra for those that want to push their knowledge of the bosses to the limit and it sounds like thats not you.
Why didn't They then make it with one default difficulty level where stats of bosses are always matched with stats of your character like it was in Sekiro (even with atack power 1 in reflection your atack is at power 14) or already pre made guntlets like "only puppet bosses" only "human bosses" only bosses "Related to P" lore or smh...?
Instead they made 5 diffrent unplayble with all and each?
There was so many cool things they could have done and from all they choose the easiest and lamiest of all.
This ♥♥♥♥ is just like the abyss in Nioh 1. If you still like fighting the bosses but everything else is too easy cause you got good, fight these, if not, then don't. It's that simple.
This is a funny post because if they put rewards behind it, ANY rewards, even just cosmetic, you'd get people complaining about "locking rewards behind unfun content".
In fact, I'd wager you would be among them. Not everything has to have extrinsic rewards to justify itself, this was added to the game as an ultimate challenge for those choosing to reach higher peaks of what can be achieved in the game. Putting extrinsic rewards behind it would almost defeat the point.
That just backfires you and prooving my point then.
And if it is unfun then why it's in game that suppose to exist to bring fun?
Not to mention they seem to stagger much less frequently.
No Reason? It's vor people who like an extra callenge, not casual players. Just like Steel soul mode in Hollow Knight, Master Quest in Zelda, or MGS3 european extreme. Stop bothering everyone with complaining about how an extra hard mode is extra hard.
