New Game+ OR Achievement?
So I'm on my third New Game+ and I was reading the guide to get the achievements for the character stories.
To do so you need to go back to the hotel after choosing to give your heart to dear ol dad... does that stop you from starting a new game+? since it asks you for if you want to go to the hotel or start a new run.
I come here to ask for clarification so I can continue to have another New Game+ run while still going to read notes left behind.

Nope, if you choose not to go to NG+ immediately you just get to stick around for a while longer. Interact with the hotel stargazer and moving to NG+ will be an option.

You definitely want to go back to the Hotel. Based on your ending, there are some lore items to be received, and you may wish to play the piano.

Ah yes! I forgot about the Piano. I also haven't gotten that achievement either. Thank you!
