So i done backup on win11 and loaded up the old windows 10....
The results.... zero stuttering, perfectly flat frametime 1% lows 100 fps, 0,1% lows 90fps.... perfectly smooth gameplay
I leave this just for posterity's sake and am officialy declaring this: Windows 11 is the biggest pile of dog ( you know what :P )
there is a high probability that the issue is my gpu as it only has more 4gb vram but the game needs 8. seems that my pc doesnt crash if i keep backround tabs to a minimum when running this game.
edit: Turning off resizable rebar in the bios seems to have fixed the stuttering for me in the boss gauntlet. I remember turning it off for FF7 rebirth also fixed the stuttering.
Sigh we didn't know how good we had it in the past with optimization lol
Also dont install Nvidia game drives. always choose the Studio drivers because those are better tested and optimized.
UE5 has issues, but those issues are different than what we're talking about here.
The list is HUGE!
I am very well aware of UE5 issues. As someone who actually experiences issues in this game, I can tell you the problem we are talking about is different than standard UE5 stuttering.
