Same here. Unable to teleport. I tried travelling and trying to access stargazers along the way but it still doesn't "open" stargazers from other locations.

I have the same problem

A mod was causing the problem for me. Delete your mod folder.

I believe it was cause by P Organ 7 Phase Unlocked. If you disable it, you should be able to teleport again.
