so I love the clean look of no hud, but it needs a HUGE tweak. keep the hud hidden unless the item SWAP is called up (selecting items in your belt. What do I have selected? no one knows. It's hurtful to gameplay, not immersive. At this point it's a difficulty option not an aesthetic option. Even IRL without looking you generally KNOW what you are reaching for, so NO it's not immersive, it's a PITA
