If your into games that dont hold your hand, this ones for you! If you have played my summer car, this game should be called my summer house lol. Very fun game and gives a sense of achievement when you finally figure something out and finish it.

Not necessarily "Bad" I just cannot recomend it. If you're into fallout 4 then I do, cause this is the closest indie-game equivalent to a Bethesda product.

^Building your own house is very satisfying and quite fun. The materials and furniture is desinged very lovingly and allows you to really get creative when it come to crafting a cosy gaff.
^The characters are well written and are on-point for the era and location.
^Minskworks really nailed the atmosphere of the game too!

-The game is rather buggy. Now I am yet to see a bug that cannot be fixed by re-setting the game but still..., they can be frustraiting enough to wonder "why do I still play this" which shouldn't be.
-The late game and the actual process of being a landlord feels very repettative, and I would argue dull. The three jobs that you can do, besides the scrap trade and dishwashing do help, but not much. I feel like it really needs 2-3 more quests for the later game, like remodeling Tasmin's bathrooms when you satisfy a grafter, finally rebuilding that church when you satisfy a grafter etc...
-The world feels a little too dead, it could really benefit from more thing to do..., If I can cheat on my benefits then I should have the ability to pinch and fence a vcr from someone's lounge. Or have a carboot sale spawn near the abanded mine for some unique items.

Bought it for less than a pint. Good post thatcher simulator.
