Thing is, ml is a value for liquid (volume), while gr is a wheight, and while it's correct as far as water goes... with spices, it's not exactly equal.
And then just like Ferrous said, I assumed it was simply 25x a click. And seeing the flavors develop, it seems quite a correct guess.
Now I understand what OP is trying to say but to me 25 clicks did not seems that much longer than pouring the 150gr of yeast. Now if you brew a large batch and have to click... 100x indeed that seems pretty horrible. But up to now I only did small recipe with spices 🤣
Also, when you start to be picky with your flavors, you tend to NOT go in clickfest mode, as you want to nail some of the values, and then, 25 clicks may bring you over that value.
