The requirements for this challenge are to make a Large batch of German Style Hefeweizen with an ABV between 4.5%-5.5%. I have followed this recipe so many times and no matter what, the ABV never comes out right so it never meets the requirement and never matches a Hefeweizen profile.. is there something wrong with large conditioning containers or some kind of glitch?? Everything else matches the recipe pretty well, it's literally just the ABV . Any tips??
