Subtle Notes (GUIDE)
Many people have problems with the flavor notes requirements in the "Subtle Notes" job, this simple guide will help you complete it (including bonus).

The trick with this one is to pick and adjust a recipe that has low value flavor note strengths, but still has enough flavors to complete the job. Those two recipes are:

* Cream Ale (best choice):
Flavor Notes: Corn 4.65, Grapefruit 4.59, Grain 4.13, Citrus 4.02, Floral 3.69, Earthy 3.11, Lemon 2.87, Pine 2.87, Biscuit 1.14

* Blonde Ale (2nd best choice):
Flavor Notes: Citrus 6.81, Floral 6.49, Grapefruit 6.31, Grain 5.63, Honey 4.5, Bread 2.01, Toffee 1.92, Caramel 1.92, Wheat 0.49, Lime 0.17, Acidic 0.16

In order to make sure that the strength of each flavor note does not exceed 4.0, the easiest way is to make sure that you:
A) Lower the specialty hops during the 10 min part of the boil
B) Lower (or eliminate) Adjuncts (Oatmeal, Flaked Maize (Flaked Corn), Rice, Syrups/Honey, Candy, Fruit extracts, Spices,...)

The best recipe to use and modify is "Cream Ale". If you use Blonde Ale instead, make similar adjustments and eliminate Honey (adjunct).

For Cream Ale, I did the following adjustments:
1) Use 1/2 of the Flaked Maize (it is an adjunct). I used 500g of Flaked Maize instead of 1kg.
2) Use 1/2 of the Wenatchi in 2nd step. This lowers the flavor strength. I used 15g for 10 mins instead of 30g for 10 mins.
3) Use 1/2 of the Corn Sugar. I used 90g instead of 180g.

Follow recipe but make those changes. You will succeed and also get bonus.
