You definitely don't want the temperature to be above 20.00 deg C though, so cool your wort to atleast 19 deg C, and pour the yeast in.
The game teaches you that if the yeast needs to be at like 22 degrees C, then the yeast will not do its thing if kept at 20. So you would assume when you are told to keep it 18 degrees the same issue would happen. And not that in the case of a lower temperature you should just ignore the recipe. Should just say ferment at 20 degrees for 15 days then and same for conditioning.
