I've been trying to improve my brewing to get the 90%/100% brewing, but I can't seem to get better than 82%. I follow the recipes, but when I do, my OG ends up a lot higher than the recipe claims. It also somehow jumps up more transferring from the brew container to the fermenter. Is there a trick to this or do I just dump a bunch of water in to lower it?
