Was not in a mood of solving it, sorry.
Now most likely, you use the grain that has the smaller characteristic value (I guess it's the rice stuff, don't know the name in english, but all at the bottom of your grain list.)
You also want to counteract the fermentation by using a small main caracteristic on your yeast that does NOT add to your grain characteristic, and with no flavors at all (so probably one of those top blue packaged yeast where your have your CAL 1 (or something like that)
And then you probably want to use either spices and / or other stuff to add the requested number of flavors, but avoid at all cost brewing with hops I think.
At least that's how I would approach it.
But again, I haven't tried it yet, so maybe a better advice may come later
Still haven't cracked it on my own.
Pretty sure all lays in the yeast mix and amounts, as you would probably need to use a mix of yeast (or maybe you may even need to use that large fermenter where you can collect yeast, haven't gotten one yet)
I tried to mix :
Capital Ale I
Ale Cal South I
Lambic Blend
And once once I came so close, but I did not notice my mash did not have enough sugar, so I wasn't reaching the ABV of 6% needed
Used a mix of 4kg of German Ale and 6kg of rice (flocks ???)
With those 10kg I reach 6.5% or so
That's as far as I have gotten, I give up for now.
Once ABV is where you want it - add a VERY small amount (like 2 or 3g) of a flavor - increase your time scale and wait to see if it registers - have to be careful as very easy to add too much. Repeat with whatever flavors you like - best to go with flavors that are singular, of course. Not a bad idea to save....often here - again, very easy to go to far.
Once flavors and ABV are where you like - throw the mess in a conditioner and look at all the values - if they are where you want them, no reason to go further - turn the mess in.
Is it cheese - yep - but then again, these aren't recipes that one would encounter IRL brewing - your only goal is to meet the objective and move onto making a REAL beer. Remember - they aren't making you drink it.
Using only one or the other always had me go over 4
Then I used around 10 to 11kg of sugar as [Who Shat my Pants] suggested (maybe it was 12Kg did not really recorded it), and then I used 12gr of Yerba Mate "spice"
Finally over with that stupidity. 👎🏻
I mean I have nothing against difficult tasks, but damn if they become near impossible to complete with a "beer" recipe in a beer brewing simulator, I see no point in having them in.
