sorry, I double checked the result, those were the differences
recipe/outcome
AbV 4.85/4.93%
color 3.4/3.6
carbonation 3.61/2.44
OG/Fg 1.043/ 1.006 1.048/1.011
Clarity clear/slight hazy
and the tolerance for all the ingredients and timing were under 10 ml and one minute. Also I used tube to transfer all liquid to reduce contamination.

Alright, that's a lot more for me to go on. I'll give you two tips.
1) use less grain ingredients (80% of what you used seems right to me)
2) use more later-addition-sugar so your carbination is higher (1.5 times what you used is my guess)

And yes, I have it in my notes that gose is one of the recipes that is not very accurate, it seems specialty beers are all finicky by nature

I used the suggested amount of sugar in the recipe, I thought maybe during the fermentation phase I should check the carbonation level on daily basis( I noticed it always drop to 0.7 on day 15 cause it ate all the sugar i added)

the fermentation container lets CO2 escape, so secondary fermentation happening in the conditioning container is how you get your CO2.

I'm really struggling with this particular recipe (for To Boldly Gose job) - I know these comments are a few years old but... any tips?? anything would help
