They are all off and even though I am in the US, use imperial for my own humble IRL brewing, I still switched back to metric because the game kind of breaks in a lot of places when using imperial.
Small containers are 25L. That is not a US measurement at all. That is 6.604322 gallons. We use 5, 10, 13 or 15.5 gallon sizes for small batch brewing.
This might be another example of it being a bit of an issue.
What did it for me was the rounding in menus. There are several "clicks" through measurements selections when in imperial that don't actually change what is displayed to you. That meant I had I to blindly guess that say, three clicks into a given measurement was the 1.78oz I was shown in the recipe, etc.
I just switched to metric to avoid the headaches that caused, but it's likely still an issue until the devs can give it some love and attention. Those bugs show that the game is clearly written for metric so... that's what we should all use for now.
