Experimentation?
What does the game keep saying that while I am playing Brew master? So far I just followed recipes on the Brewer's Quarterly. Please advise and help.

Basically, swapping ingredients and changing the amount of each ingredients used, see if you can get a better brew. Read the taste report and see which flavor needs to be bumped up or down, or if its body/clarity needs improving.

You decide your own goal really, but shooting for a 100% style is a decent aim.

I don't know how to get clarity to clear or very clear. I don't understand the taste report at all. Even read the brewpedia.

It's true they didn't explain body and clarity that well. The trick is using less grain and use grain with less protein content.
Since you still need to hit the flavor numbers, you need to figure out how to put those flavors back in.

Edit:(And obviously you can use Corn Sugar for the missing sugar)
