What's the easiest way to get the avatar in Mad Hermit?

I actually got the avatar, but then I died and lost it. This one is quite frustrating. It seems like there are multiple ways to get this avatar, but I was wondering what's the easiest way to get this avatar. Could someone please make a video and show a simple way to get this avatar?

PS: If you don't know which level I mean, it's the one with the big dragon flying around which has an avatar at the end of its tail.

ive gotten it once by luck but died later on in the level,
talking to the lil glyph guy on the map, he says " The corruption has really gotten to it, I wonder if there's any way of helping it" as the clue for the level.
I spent a while looking around for a hidden switch or a way of interacting with the hermit through the environment and couldnt find anything
One of the cannons on the right side dose line up with hitting the avatar item, but requires precise timing i couldnt do after many attempts

Yeah, that's how I got the avatar and then I died. It's still pretty hard, but it seems like this is the easiest and best way to do it. Chasing the dragon is pretty pointless because it is too fast.

I got it, finally! I recommend getting the keys first because it's way harder to get the avatar. It's very frustrating when you get the avatar and die while getting the keys.
