I do not have damage to my wiring, I can hear other things just fine.
The device I'm using is not faulty, it plays literally everything else just fine.
The volume settings are appropriate to be able to hear other things
I only have the one audio output device, every other device is disabled.
This was one of the recommended troubleshooting tips when I was trying to work on this, and while it gave me the most hope, it too, did not resolve the issue.
Side note: are these troubleshooting tips for rocksmith? You know I was fussing about rainbow six right?
Anyways, any other ideas? I'd like to be able to revisit this game, but role playing as a deaf operator is just not feasible to me.
These steps are non-specific to any one title, so would apply in this instance too.
Have you reinstalled the game since we last spoke?
Otherwise, could you please try verifying the game's files[ubi.li] if you haven't done so already?
And may we please know what audio device(s) you're using / have encountered this with and if you're using any surround sound options / software?
