I need help! Where can I get help from the War Robots: Frontiers team?
In case of any problems, first, try checking files integrity and see if the issue persists. If checking files integrity didn’t help, reach out to our Support Team[support.my.games] and provide as much detail as possible, including technical data from your PC.

How do I contact Support?
You can contact our Support Team[support.my.games] for any game related questions, including technical issues, payment issues, bug reports, and feedback. You can also find a list of general Support Article in the FAQ section[support.my.games] of the website.

1. To create a ticket, go to the Support page[support.my.games] and login to your account if you have not already.
2. Choose the categories that best suit your issue.
3. Scroll down to the end of the page and click onto the blue link to create a ticket.
4. Fill in the form with as much detail as possible and press the ‘Send’ button.
5. When the ticket is created, you can check its status on the Support page via the ‘My inquiries’[support.my.games] page.

After you have created a ticket, please wait for our Support Team to reply before sending any new messages as this may result in an increased waiting time.
