try verifying the integrity of the game files, (By right clicking the game in the left part of the steam library and clicking properties, and then going to "Installed Files" and then "Verify integrity of game files") and if that doesnt work perhaps you should uninstall and then reinstall the game. if it doesnt work after that i dont know what to do.

Hi ..yes i have tried all of that hoping it helps but nothing so far ,thank you for the answer either way
