The maps were generated with data from openstreetmap.org, how does it look there?

no its fine when recommended but I noticed it when testing 5x5 maps in which I have to manually select the place

The Capitol in Madison, Wisconsin is missing on a 5x5 map. Just a park.

White house west colonnade is rubble in game but a full building in map editor. Also, there's some sort of bug on the north side where squads in the building can't shoot out. Looks like the roads elevate right up against the building.

The missing part of the White House is a feature, not a bug. It will be replaced with a ballroom in future releases.
