if you want our help trying to figure out why then we need moere info like Rig info etc.
If you don't want to bother then go read the Steam thread for requesting a refund. Remember to not pay more than 2 hours. You can also find tutorials at other sites.
1. Check your HDD/SSD space and RAM usage and free it if you’re running low
2. Verify game files
3. Reinstall the game
4. Try the open_beta branch

If you prefer to simply refund the game, go to the Steam library, click on the game, and then click 'Support' on the game's page. It should redirect you to a refund option ;)
