no buildings in new games
Im trying to start a new game in an area i played on in a previous game. its supposed to be a heavy residential neighborhood but when i start it, all the building i tore down in the previous game are gone. Im on a brand new PC, ive reinstalled, deleted everything about the game from the PC and still nothing. the map editor does nothing and i cant seem to get that location to fix itself and be what its supposed to be

Try reloading the save. That usually fixes strange issues for me

I am literally on a completely new PC with a fresh install. Im thinking that that tile is either bugged or an update rendered it as a wildlife area or something because everywhere else reloaded except that tile and like one other nearby. sucks because there is supposed to be a hospital and a police station in that tile. but i appreciate the help :)
