For some facilities (like Chemical Plant or Arms Factory) I prefer on big building, but for supply chains which produce continuesly (like Cookhouse) several small buildings are sometimes even easier to manage.

Housing is scattered all over the location.

Childcare requieres a lot of space, so I try to put it to the tinyest buildings available. ^^ Just one nurse each.
