It's kinda like having christmas 12 times a year.
(btw, 7D2D has been in EA stage for more than 10 years before full release.
I can say with over 1400 hours in game, I'm still playing both my original saves. I've just started two more maps, which I'm saving now, plus a 5x5 version of one of my original saves to include some 'local landmarks'.
Although my first save has bugged-out the research/illness stopped at it's first recurrence, which later became an opt-out feature many later requested (sadly for non-story mode only so far)...making the late game somewhat easier, so I guess no harm, no foul ;-)
