Anyone else having problem with story mode
I started a new game after the recent update. Now the story mode does not progress. I do the few initial story elements like having a team being captured etc and I have sent a team on the first expedition. But I have not had the army contact me yet. I am up to day 65. All it says in the objectives is Deal with the Raiders. I have started again a few times and it happens all the time. Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Cheers.

Hello i am stuck on radier stroy line there are no more raider lairs and i think it wants me to find raider lairs

Uh I don’t think it does considering the raider storyline has been around since before?
Gimme a rundown, what’s happened with the raiders for you so far? Has your squad been kidnapped? What else happened?

I am stuck on the vaccine quest line. It says "acquire the vaccine" and I got some events with people dying and turning and I have a lot of sick survivors. But I am at a population of 500 and the quest does not progress? What is SUPPOSED to happen next? I do not have the research vaccine option available...

Have you finished the raider and military quest lines? If yes, have you got an objective about finding lab coordinates? If no, then you need to scavenge around the map until you get a transmission about lab coordinates.

yeah 2 games lately, the raiders have been killed off as I ignored their pleas for help, but the story line never progresses so no other stories ever happen.
Made it 200 days with no raiders available to deal with, and it still asking me to finish it. No military, no vaccines.. dead ended.

Well, that's early access I guess. Still a very enjoyable game even in its incomplete state :)

Yes my squad was captured after that the raider wanted my help witch i refused and he died.

Exactly same problem, i think it is bugged if we let the raider time i am gonna recruit him next playthrough.

Seems to be an issue where if you ignore the raider and don't go check out his body then it wont progress to the military story. Bug report it and you could try trigger the next event with console commands.

Yes this has happened to me 3 or 4 times now as I kept starting again just in case I missed the raider hideout somewhere. Each time I didn't go and rescue the raiders so maybe that us why.

Started a new game and did some testing. When the raiders ask to be rescued and then you successfully rescue them, then it finishes the Deal with the raiders story line. If you say you are going to rescue them and don't get there in time and find the bodies, it doesn't close the story line and you will be stuck. If you tell them to die then the story line doesn't close either. I'll submit a bug report.
