Then it's a little tricky, but I usually use a combination of an additional plank and Amadeus double jump ability to get up there.
Note that the puzzles are different in single and multiplayer.
Looking at the screenshot(s) there's nothing that looks bugged to me. When looking at guides up on youtube, do pay attention to whether the guide is for single player or multiplayer. Various puzzles are different when playing in multiplayer mode, thus if you compare how things look to a guide that's a single player guide, the puzzles will look different.
In the second screenshot, there's a button behind the grate on the right which you should be able to hit with Zoya's arrow. Hitting the button will rotate a snap point to the screen which will allow progressing in the puzzle.
I've attached two screenshots of the same puzzle in multiplayer mode where the first should more or less match what I'm seeing in your second screenshot and the second one has the puzzle after you've hit the button behind the grate. (The mouse cursor is also hovering over the button in the second screenshot)

Edit: Looking at the second screenshot, it looks like you didn't hit the button which is why you weren't able to progress.
