1) Can we please have it so either the dialogue text scrolls quickly, or that it completes when you hit spacebar?
I can read quickly, and the NPCs don't speak English, so in every dialogue I'm sitting down and waiting for information to roll in. Showing the entire text at once would alleviate that tedium.

2) Could we please have a button on the menu screen so we can look at Tutorial info that we've already seen? I saw the bit about using walkie talkies to report violent prisoners, but didn't quite catch it all properly - or at least, not well enough to remember - and now I can't find that info again.
Having a way to quickly re-read important info would be helpful.
