the playway-launcher file just simply is not downloading, I have tried the bloody code multiple times, it goes to closed beta and states I unlocked it YET the main file to play is not coming in.

uninstalled and reinstalled and done nearly everything to try to beta this game as would love to play it and get to have a experience with first beta test. BUT cant get the file and cant test it.

PLEASE HELP AS ITS BEEN MONTHS NOW
