A new development: I have just completed a mission in which I managed to snipe the ovums super fast. I finished that engagement with only 27 operaius spawned and killed. I checked my kill count and not it is 999987, hence it registered those 27 kills. Could the problem be that if the new number to be added to the counter goes past 1 million, then there is some kind of overflow and it is not registered?
I do not know if this information could be useful, but I reported nevertheless to be thorough.

Mine is also stuck at 999902 and I feel like it confirms MaskedFelons Theory.
Kills seem to be counted correctly but not added if the result would exceed a million.

Just wanted to say that despite the new patch (update 65) my operaius kill count is still stuck. I am currently at 999989 and even after completing multiple missions, it does not increase.
