Ok so i managed to check the quaratined section of my antivirus, and there seems to be a file there called libcef.dll that has been auto quaratined.
Since i never had this before on steam, i'm a bit hesitant to unquaratine it.
Anyone who can confirm its a safe file?

Norton 360

Game doesn't start at all getting an error message. I get an error message stating can't find certain things in the game to start. I did a verification on it and found 2 items missing. I also uninstalled the game and reinstall and still having the same issues.

Can you be more specific?

Well there goes my prediction. Thought it would be Avast. Anyways, on a more serious note.

I did try deleting the file and question and it didn't seem to make a difference. But I did share with the community manager.

I get these error messages all the time when I hit play button

I go to the library on steam and they are in there those XML

Is there going to be a fix for this? I uninstalled and reinstalled many time and re-validated it also nothing is working

Hello, keep in mind its the weekend and it's also a US holiday weekend so there might not be a response until Tuesday at the earliest.

Are you able to open those xml at that file path?

Also are you launching through steam? If that doesn't work run the game as administrator. Have you tried whitelisting the game directory?

Based on the error it typically means t he game cannot read the files at that file path. You can try to install on a diffferent steam library or drive.
