force AI to make bigger stacks of fleet pls
Believe me you're not missing anything, just play Stellaris or Endless Space 2.
While Gal Civ 4 has some neat ideas all systems are undercooked.
The game is bellow mid and I played complete edition. I can't believe what a poor quality they delivered after so much time in Early Acces on EGS ,and then here on steam as Supernova Edition rebranding, and then after months for delivering season pass content. The game is just bad. Graphics is OK ,but all systems barely work or a lacking depth. And I've spent $80 on this cr@p. American's $$$, man...
... granted I was stoned all the time at that period in my life, but I don't think it was just the grass
