Act 3 is linear till you get Cetecea's upgrade then everything else can be completed in any order from here. You can even skip all and head to the final boss.
Yeah Act 3 is another Version of Act 2 but this time with the end game gear.
I actually like 3 better than 2, but I can see why it's divided.
The idea presented in the game is that the universe in chap.2 is infused into the memories of the people when the Yuusha initiated the events of chap.3. You decide if that's a satisfactory explanation.
I liked the pacing, and I liked the fact it was fairly easy for me(im no dark souls player haha)
but chap 3 ups the difficulty too much and I have to say I loved the story and everything but all the sudden I am meant to be the master of htis and that and grrr grr No I dont wanna and it made me ragequit 50 times you know?
