heliodor sewer glitch

In the first trip in the Heliodor sewer when the MC and hooded stranger are running away from the guards, the MC is supposed to snuff out his flame and continue on but in my game, it freezes before the screen goes black. Anyway to fix this glitch?

Hmm, this sounds familiar... turns out there were already a couple topics on this. Unfortunately, nobody ever follows up on these. And most of these topics aren't detailed, so we don't know if has to do with hardware specs / device drivers / etc. It appears that in each of these cases, the game continues running at a black screen with the music in the background meaning that the game doesn't actually generate a crash report.

There's no guarantee that it'd work for you, but it's worth a try.
