How big is the download size?

I'm not talking the 40 gb storage size on the steam page, i'm referring to how big is the actual download size.
I'm using a limited connection now, so just want to know the download size before buying

30.7 GB

is the size of the Steam install folder for the game on my drive.

Yep! Bought the game a long time ago and as today the download size is actually 27.9 GB

It's a pain to have capped internet... I do hope that someday you can afford unlimited again.
