Playing this game for many years indicates maybe aged computer parts.
My PC is around 10 years old but have replaced the HDD GPU and PSU. I also have the sidecase off to allow good airflow.
new age computer, i'm no dummy blaming a potato on a laggy game. and the intro video ... lags ... when ... intro .. like .. no base? like the start of the game? :D
so yeah i get that if i got 100 beehives, 100 grassspreaders and 50 drills plus a lot of butterflies there may be lags when watching certain areas. but they are more like soft stutters
a new game and a video is something else. and yes, 2-3 secs till start of the video - so even a loadingscreen of 2-3 seconds would improve the stutters that never appeard throug humble, prime or any other patch
so no - the hardware is not the issue. its the software. thats why i post here :)
but thanks for the input. now i now others experience the same
