If its a screenshot from F12? just share it to Steam then it will have a tick online.
Open View at the top Recordings and Screenshots. Find your image should be near the top if recent click on it view on my profile. I use web page where I saved a bookmark of all my online screenshots.
Then click on share copy link

Only way there is swim it, Have some oxygen capsules.
Do have the T5 Jetpack ?
I could fly over there and take a couple screens for you. Its over past the prison I placed a teleportal there.

Once you shared it open it on web page .
Log into Steam in your browser open community your profile your screenshots

It will show a link above I placed my screenshots link to my chrome named it Games when I click on that it opens all my online screenshots I shared.
Looks like this

then on the right see view comments and details click on that now your at the bottom of the image just click share again it provides a link to copy.

As it's visible possibly when they expand the map. Usually OOB areas in a game has a fence.
