i looked up the mod file and theres a note that says put mods here and i did, but nothing shows up. for example, i put graybladeblue folder there and it doesn't show up in game lor with mods

"With mods" refers to mods downloaded through the Steam Workshop, not Basemod or other non-Workshop modding. Basemod has been around for longer but is not "official."

download through workshop, whenever you downloaded it click play button and choose "play with MODS" option, then choose mod/mods you want to play with
