I think you'll get The Possibilities of Forever if you get the secret ending.

If you did and still didn't get it, well, it has to be a glitch.

As for the second one, it might be a glitch too.

I'm having the same problem. That Matsuribayashi Staff Room achievement won't unlock for me.

I wonder if they'll fix the Umineko AA achievement(s) that don't unlock for some people.

Today's patch fixed it! For me, at least. Just skipped through the Staff Room and unlocked it.

The Staff Room achievement didn't unlock for me either as of today, October 18th.
Hopefully it can be fixed!

PS:
Just in case it helps someone, I uninstalled the Voice Mod (I was using the Voices only option), re-installed the game and the achievement popped up when I watched the Staff Room scene again!
These are the instructions I followed: https://07th-mod.com/wiki/Higurashi/Uninstall/

I didn't disable Steam Cloud or deleted/uninstalled my saves though as that would have made it impossible for me to access the Extra/Staff Room section for the achievement. I only uninstalled via Steam, deleted the game/installation folder and re-installed the game via Steam again.
