Can anyone confirm this is happening w/ their install of GTA: Vice City?
The game works fine... so long as I never go to Desktop, pressing Alt+Tab, to check anything.
When I do and return to the game, I can no longer here the sounds when hovering over the menu items. I can only hear and use them w/ arrow keys. When Resume Game, mouse controls do nothing. I don't have a special mouse, nor software installed for it. None of this happens when I Alt+Tab out of other games. Hope anyone has some advice. Thx.

Note: I have GTA Vice City Extended Features installed over the Steam install of the game. But I doubt that the cause of it. It'd be an easy excuse. -Thanks again.
