I have not experience the whole game yet but so far the worst content seems to be abuse ( Pretty much every scene is, it's the concept since the character is a slave. ) and at least one of the bad ending actually shows a corpse, not that graphic, no blood or anything and it's mean to be sexual but that's a bit weird.
