Went better than expected!
So has anyone ELSE started off with a few HERA Boons, and then went for ZEUS and sacrificed a bunch of Hera boons for Zeus boons!? THIS WENT SO EFFING WELL THAT I WOUND UP WITH A CASTING CIRCLE WITH ZEUS'S LIGHTENING WITH LIKE 30 LEVELS! IT WAS AMAZING AND FUN AS HELL! Also the utter hilarity and accuracy of Zeus and Hera beefing SO HARD... I swear I've never seen boon trades to this level of efficacy?! This hits right in the lore accuracy sweet spot for Greek Mythology nerds if you ask me, and I am VERY IMPRESSED! More of this, and more stuff like this please?

In this case, there's a specific boon for Zeus (and Hera) where you can sacrifice ALL of your Hera's boons (or Zeus') for a huge bonus.

But to sacrifice (sell) boons like you did on Hades 1, it's incantation you can unlock, so you can sacrifice a boon between biomes.
(although that works only for the underworld so far)

Yeah, I've been doing it quite a lot recently. It's frustrating if the RNG doesn't work out to actually give you the option at the appropriate time (you really want 4 boons to give up in the ransom at a minimum, and of course you also need boons on the god you're keeping that will benefit from all those levels, and ideally you're doing it early enough that you can refill the emptied slots again), but it's never a wash if it doesn't work out — you'll still be a hitchy zappy killing machine.
